This message has to do with a "codec" that is being installed. This message is simply telling you that this "codec" has not been tested and verified by Microsoft to work with windows. This "codec" was tested internally on several platforms and no problems occurred. This "codec" is simply used to playback movie files that we have in the program, it has not other purpose or adverse effect on your system. Simply agree to the installation message and finish the install.
