- Turn your computer off.
- Press the power button on your computer tower to turn it on, and then start pressing "F8" quickly and repeatedly. This will bring up a menu giving you the option to start in Safe Mode.
- Select "Safe Mode" using the arrow keys on your keyboard and press 'enter'. Press 'enter' again to select your operating system.
- Once your desktop has loaded, install the game again. Installing the game in this mode should resolve your issue.
- Restart the PC to play the game
