This may be due to a conflicting Codec Problem with the video files in the game. Follow these instructions to install the correct codec and resolve this conflict.
- Go to Home Site
- Click on Game Help at the top
- Click on the name of the game you have the problem with
- Click on the Download button for the XP Codec Pack and install
- Click on the Download button for the Codec Patch and install
