Corrected an issue with the Don't Pass/Don't Come bets in craps

Fixed an issue with the Hand Pay, where none of the fields were being displayed (the winnings were being added to the bankroll correctly though)
Fixed an issue with Tall Corn where the bonus amount was not the actual amount being paid out
Fixed an issue that would cause the Tall Corn bonus to occasionally freeze
Fixed an issue in Omaha and Hold'Em where the cards were continuously dealt if two computer players were eliminated simultaneously
Fixed an issue with Jail Break where on rare occasions you would get a trailing mouse cursor
Fixed an issue with Blackjack giving incorrect advice
Fixed an issue where clicking on advice for Catch A Wave before the cards were dealt would cause the game to crash
